Monarc Build, LLC keeps the little it needs to hold the call you booked and to know which ad brought you. Nothing is sold.

Who we are

What we collect
Three things: what you type, what you book, and how you got here.
What you type into a form on this site: your first name or full name, company, email, phone, team size, metro, and any note you add.
When you book a call: the day and time you pick and your time zone, so the invite lands at the right hour.
How you got here: the page you landed on, the link that brought you (including the campaign and ad names on the end of the address), the site you came from, and standard browser data such as your device type, browser, and rough location by IP address, gathered by the measurement tools below.
Why we collect it
- To hold the call you booked: the calendar invite with the Google Meet link, one confirmation email, and one reminder before the call.
- To answer a request you sent through the form.
- To learn which ad, search, or post brought the people who book, so ad money goes where it works.
We do not sell your data. We do not rent it. We do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Tools that handle your data
Each of these holds data under its own privacy terms.
- Google Calendar and Google Meet: the invite and the video call.
- Google Sheets and Google Apps Script: the booking record and the emails around it.
- Airtable: our customer records.
- formsubmit.co: relays a form to our inbox.
- Proton Mail: our email.
- Google Analytics: counts visits and the pages seen.
- Google Ads: counts bookings that came from a Google ad.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag: counts bookings that came from a LinkedIn ad.
Cookies
Three tags set cookies: Google Analytics, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
They count visits and tie a booking back to the ad that brought it. You can block or clear cookies in your browser. The site still works and you can still book.
How long we keep it
As long as we might work together, and as long as the law asks.
That covers contact and booking records and the tax and business rules around them. Ask and we delete what we can.
Your choices
Email jonathan@monarcbuild.com to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you. We answer from that address.
This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
